Focus on personal development and delivery quality Engix Elevators, a company specializing in customized vertical transportation solutions, is looking for a Junior Elevator Maintenance Technician I to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for: * Conducting periodic elevator inspections to assess the condition of mechanical, electrical, and electronic components; * Lubricating and adjusting moving parts such as guides, pulleys, bearings, and cables; * Replacing worn-out or near-end-of-life components, including lamps, buttons, and fuses; * Performing safety tests on devices such as brakes, sensors, and speed limiters; * Diagnosing and resolving technical issues in elevators exhibiting faults or malfunctioning; * Repairing or replacing defective components, such as motors, controllers, cables, and traction systems; * Testing and adjusting elevators after repairs to ensure correct and safe operation; * Responding promptly to emergency calls to rescue trapped passengers and resolve critical failures; * Documenting all maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, adjustments, and component replacements; * Providing technical support to customers by explaining causes of issues and applied solutions; * Adhering to all safety standards and maintenance procedures; * Collaborating with other technicians, engineers, and supervisors to resolve complex problems; * Communicating\-effectively with team members and customers regarding maintenance status and any challenges encountered. Requirements for this position: * Completed high school education. * Technical course in related fields such as Electromechanics, Electronics, Mechatronics, or similar. * Prior experience in elevator maintenance or similar equipment. * Practical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems applied to elevators. * Ability to diagnose and repair issues in mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems. * Skill in reading and interpreting technical diagrams and service manuals. * Familiarity with hand and power tools used in elevator maintenance. * Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team. * Capacity to perform physically demanding tasks, such as lifting and transporting equipment. * Willingness to work at heights, in confined spaces, and under varying weather conditions. * Availability for travel and flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays if required. Preferred qualifications: * Driver's License Category B. * Knowledge of safety regulations NR10 (Electrical Installations and Services Safety) and NR35 (Work at Heights).
