In this role, you can make a difference through the following activities: Develop workshop lesson plans aligned with the Social Center’s reference documents; Conduct workshops, facilitating knowledge construction while supporting learners’ development, social inclusion, community development, and socio-labor adaptation, using appropriate languages, media, and technologies consistent with the pedagogical approach of the project in which you are involved; Investigate and reflect on your educational practices, keeping abreast of trends in education and social assistance fields to produce innovative pedagogical knowledge and practices compatible with institutional guidelines. **Requirements** -------------- Position Title: Social Educator\- Admin Main Responsibilities: * Conduct Socio-Learning activities with adolescents and/or adults facing social vulnerability. * Plan and implement actions promoting development for labor market insertion. * Support and guide youth in their daily routines, assisting in skill development and exploring their capabilities. * Provide individual and group counseling, identifying needs and demands. * Prepare reports and records of implemented activities. * Participate in team meetings and training sessions related to job responsibilities. Required Qualifications: * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in Socio-Learning activities. * Strong communication skills, empathy, teamwork ability, and conflict mediation skills.
