Job Summary: Assist in the activities of goods handling, receiving, labeling, storage, and shipment, ensuring quality and efficiency in processes. Key Highlights: 1. No prior experience required 2. Assistance in various logistics and warehouse activities **Job Mission:** Assist in goods handling, receiving, labeling, storage, and shipment of products, aiming to ensure product quality and process efficiency. **Main Responsibilities:** Perform internal logistics operational processes, including receiving, counting, picking, labeling, verification, storage, and shipment of goods; Assist in handling, labeling, and packaging (boxes, pallets, stretch wrapping, strapping, etc.) to identify and ensure product integrity, reduce costs, and minimize rework; Organize and replenish products in the department, on pallet positions, through inventory control, aiming for space management, quality assurance, and reduction of damages; Unitization of products. Whenever requested, perform product traceability in case of non-conformities in inventory; Cooperate with the team and supervisors during inventory execution; Load and unload vehicles; Operate the pallet jack; Participate in training and professional development programs promoted by the company to enhance knowledge and performance/results; Fully comply with Viveo’s safety, quality, organization, and cleanliness standards; Assist in other duties inherent to the position/department.
