





- Receive students, visitors, and staff. - Demonstrate commitment and punctuality. - Answer telephone calls and respond to customer emails; - Resolve customer issues and inquiries efficiently and professionally; - Provide information about the company's products and services; - Record and update customer information in the system; - Collaborate with team members to achieve goals and objectives. - Process course withdrawals, class transfers, and other academic administrative procedures. Requirements - Customer service experience (preferred); - Proficiency in computer applications (Windows, Office); - Excellent verbal and written communication skills; - Availability to work during business hours: morning or afternoon.
