We encourage candidates from diverse backgrounds—including but not limited to race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, and religion—to apply. **Job Description** * Plan, coordinate, and execute Engineering Change Management (ECM) implementation in the production environment, ensuring execution within the defined window and without impact on production lines. * Assess and manage impacts of engineering changes on production processes, BOMs, materials, inventory, sequencing, suppliers, and systems. * Ensure compliance with engineering specifications, verifying that technical documentation, work instructions, and systems are updated prior to implementation. * Lead phase\-in / phase\-out planning, defining strategies for material consumption, redirection, rework, or disposal. * Collaborate with PCP, Production, Engineering, and Logistics to align changes with the production plan and operational constraints. * Conduct risk and impact analyses (production, logistics, quality, cost, and customer) to prioritize and approve changes. * Monitor post\-implementation to ensure process stability and proper closure of ECMs. * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the ECM process, reducing lead time, rework, and operational risks. **Qualifications** * **Bachelor’s degree completed in Production, Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Administration, or related fields.** * **Intermediate English proficiency for reading and communication in technical environments.** * **Experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment, interfacing between Engineering and Operations.** * **Hands-on experience with ECM processes or technical change implementation in production.** * **Knowledge of BOMs, routings, work instructions, and production processes.** * **Experience with ERP/PLM systems (e.g., SAP).** * **Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI, SQL, or databases for analysis and control.** * **Familiarity with phase\-in / phase\-out, material obsolescence, and inventory management.** * **Preferred: Experience with Ignition, Power Apps, Power Automate, SAP HANA, Lean, and continuous improvement.**
