If you meet the requirements below, join our selection process for the **Information Security Manager** position—we would love to meet you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Define and implement Information Security policies, processes, and controls, ensuring alignment with business needs; * Ensure application, system, and infrastructure security through risk management and integrated collaboration with IT departments; * Lead the Information Security strategy, aligning initiatives with executive leadership and other departments to mitigate risks and support group growth; * Manage the Information Security team, fostering development, engagement, continuous feedback, and high performance; * Define and monitor departmental metrics (KPIs), ensuring productivity, quality, and continuous improvement of results; * Ensure planning, prioritization, and execution of security projects, respecting deadlines, budgets, and quality standards; * Identify and evaluate new security technologies and solutions aligned with business demands and market trends; * Serve as the primary point of contact between IT and audit, risk, internal control, and compliance departments; * Promote Information Security culture and awareness across the entire organization. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree in Technology, Information Security, or related areas; * Leadership experience in Information Security, including team development and direction; * Experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), Application Security (AppSec), Identity and Access Management (IAM), Vulnerability Management, Incident Response, Security Operations (SecOps), and Data Protection and Privacy; * Practical experience in defining and monitoring Information Security metrics and KPIs; * Proficiency in implementing Information Security culture and awareness programs; * Willingness to work in Eldorado do Sul/RS. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * Profit and Results Sharing (PLR); * Exclusive discounts at Panvel Pharmacy; * Employee Association with multiple partnerships; * Dental Plan; * Unimed Health Plan; * Mental Health Support; * Wellhub (Gympass); * On-site cafeteria (breakfast and lunch); * On-site parking or chartered transportation; * Open English; * Birthday Day Off; * Childcare Assistance; * Extended Parental Leave. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM. **Work Location:** * Eldorado do Sul/RS.
