Join our family! **Responsibilities and Duties** Main responsibilities include: * Management of rotating work schedules; * Control of staff effectiveness; * Attendance management; * Employee onboarding; * Documentation control for audits; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Currently pursuing undergraduate studies in related fields (HR, Business Administration, or similar); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite — especially Excel; * Proven experience in the personnel department; **Additional Information** * Work schedule: 5 days/week, Monday to Friday, from 08:30 to 18:18; * Salary + tip sharing; * Benefits: Meals on site (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), career development plan, transportation allowance (VT) or fuel subsidy, on-site psychological support, Unimed health insurance (after probation period).
