Are you interested in joining our F&A Advisory team and working within our Porto Alegre office? **Responsibilities and duties:** ------------------------------------ **If selected, you will have the opportunity to:** * Lead accounting projects for clients across diverse industries; * Evaluate initial public offering (IPO) processes, with emphasis on Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Regulatory Reporting departments; * Conduct technical accounting analyses and draft memoranda concluding on the accounting implications of specific transactions under both International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Brazilian accounting standards; * Structure projects for implementing new accounting standards—identifying affected accounting processes and their impact on financial statements, developing an action plan, and overseeing its execution by the team; * Lead a rapidly growing practice area with strong potential for rapid advancement within the firm. **Requirements and qualifications:** ------------------------------- **What are we looking for in you?** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; * Active registration with the Regional Accounting Council (CRC); * Proven experience in accounting roles, including positions in corporate accounting and controller functions, or in auditing and consulting firms.
