If you are between **17 and 21 years old**, currently enrolled in or have completed high school, and wish to launch your career in **industrial production**, this is an excellent opportunity to develop technical expertise while studying, with an **attractive apprenticeship stipend** and full course tuition covered by the company. Responsibilities and Duties **Selection Process Timeline** * **Applications:** March 06, 2026 to March 30, 2026 *Positions available via Bianchini’s “Work With Us” portal.* * Selection exam for pre\-selected candidates on April 06 and 08, 2026 (exam will be held at SENAI Esteio), followed by email notification. * **Interviews and final selection:** April 13–24, 2026 * **Selected candidates’ orientation at SENAI Esteio:** by April 30, 2026 * **Course commencement:** May 04, 2026 **Course Information** * **Technical Chemistry Course – SENAI Esteio** * **Duration:** May 2026 to November 2027 * **Total workload:** 1\.300 hours * **Schedules:** + SENAI Esteio – **1:30 PM to 5:30 PM** + On\-the\-job training at company – **7:30 AM to 11:30 AM** * **On\-the\-job training:** conducted during **Specialized Module III** **Professional Practice Structure** During the practical phase, apprentices will rotate across various industrial production departments: **Preparation, Extraction, Pre\-treatment, Laboratory, and Wastewater Treatment Plant (ETE)** Responsibilities and Duties **Practice Schedule:** * Groups of 5 apprentices * **Rotation every 2 weeks per department (August 2027 to November 2027\) 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM** *Note: In the final semester, those available may undertake practices during the alternate shift, further enhancing technical development.* Requirements and Qualifications **Mandatory Requirements** * Age between **17 and 21 years** * Interest in pursuing a **Technical Chemistry qualification** * Interest in **industrial** production fields * Availability for in\-person classes at **SENAI Esteio (Afternoon shift)** * Currently enrolled in or completing high school * Cannot simultaneously be an apprentice at another company Desirable Qualifications \- Age between 17 and 21 years. \- Currently enrolled in or have completed high school. \- Availability for work periods as defined by the program’s schedule. \- Interest in learning and professional development. \- Strong verbal and written communication skills. \- Ability to work effectively in teams. \- Proactivity and collaborative spirit. \- Basic computer literacy. \- Interest in mechanical, electrical, and boiler maintenance fields Salary Range R$ 1\.000,00 Employment Type CLT Benefits Apprenticeship Stipend Transportation Voucher Fully company\-funded Technical Course Dental Care Possibility of permanent employment upon program completion About the Company **Bianchini SA** is a Brazilian company with over 65 years of history, operating in the agroindustrial sector, specializing in **soybean processing, biodiesel production, soybean meal, degummed oil, and grain storage**.
