OVERSEE DETAILED INSPECTIONS OF UNITS AFTER DELIVERY, IDENTIFYING AND DOCUMENTING DEFECTS OR DISCREPANCIES. MAINTAIN EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION WITH BUYERS, PROVIDING INFORMATION ON WARRANTIES, DEADLINES, AND HANDLING COMPLAINTS PROFESSIONALLY. ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH THE DEVELOPER'S WARRANTIES, REPAIRS, AND REPLACEMENTS WITHIN ESTABLISHED DEADLINES. SCHEDULE AND SUPERVISE REPAIRS IN ACCORDANCE WITH QUALITY STANDARDS. MAINTAIN DETAILED RECORDS OF INTERACTIONS, INSPECTIONS, REPAIRS, AND COSTS. PREPARE REGULAR REPORTS FOR MANAGEMENT. GUARANTEE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY. PREPARE BUDGETS AND REPORT FOR APPROVAL. TECHNICALLY EVALUATE SERVICE CALLS AND GUIDE EXECUTION IN ACCORDANCE WITH SPECIFICATIONS, ENSURING CORRECT MATERIAL USAGE. **REQUIREMENTS:** Education: Technical or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Construction, or related fields. Minimum experience: 2 years in post-construction activities, technical assistance, building maintenance, or construction quality assurance. Technical knowledge in reading and interpreting architectural, electrical, and hydraulic drawings.
