**School Resources Assistant**
As a School Resources Assistant (SRA), your role will be fundamental in transforming our spaces—from the auditorium to dance studios—into environments ready to welcome students, families, and educators on both celebratory and commemorative occasions. This role requires physical stamina for setup tasks, manual dexterity for internal production, and agility in handling basic audiovisual equipment.
**Responsibilities and Duties:**
* Assemble and disassemble event structures, move furniture (tables, chairs, stages), and organize auditoriums, multipurpose rooms, and dance studios according to the planned layout.
* Connect and test audio cables, microphones, and projectors, ensuring basic technological resources are operational for teachers and speakers.
* Perform manual support tasks such as laminating materials, cutting, gluing, and preparing simple signage or decorations for events.
* Be responsible for carefully loading, unloading, and storing materials and supplies, safeguarding the inventory of the Events Department.
* Monitor events to provide immediate support for layout adjustments or simple technical needs arising during activities.
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
* Completed High School education.
* Availability to work from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
* Aptitude for tasks requiring precision and care (e.g., using laminators and simple hand tools).
