If you are passionate about gastronomy, enjoy interacting with people, thrive in team environments, and possess the energy to delight customers and deliver results, this is a great opportunity for you! **Key Responsibilities:** * Produce and/or serve cocktails, beers, and other beverages according to the **Roister standard**, representing the brand’s strength to customers; * Monitor and request restocking of supplies from the warehouse department, ensuring the bar remains fully stocked (supplies, beers, utensils, and all other items necessary for seamless bar operations); * Maintain inventory control by accurately recording production data, preparing beverages strictly per technical specifications, and actively supporting periodic stock counts and inventories; * Present the menu and beverage list to customers, clarifying any questions. **Working Hours: 5:00 PM to 12:00 AM (6-day workweek with 1 day off)** **Company Location: Auxiliadora Neighborhood (near Parcão)** Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education) * Dental Insurance * On-site Meal Benefit * Health Insurance * Transportation Allowance * Cost-of-Living Allowance * Wellhub
