**Job Description – Technical Estimator Designer**
**Segment:** Heating, Refrigeration
**Area:** Engineering / Projects / Estimating
**Job Objective**
Responsible for preparing technical budgets and developing projects for residential and commercial heating and refrigeration systems, ensuring technical feasibility, cost accuracy, and support for commercial and operational requirements.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Prepare technical budgets for heating and refrigeration systems, considering materials, equipment, sizing, and associated costs.
* Develop hydraulic and electrical projects related to the company's offered solutions.
* Receive requests from the sales team, analyze technical information, and structure proposals according to each client’s needs.
* Adapt and customize budgets and projects in accordance with technical specifications and requested changes.
* Prepare material lists and quantity takeoffs, ensuring information accuracy and minimizing additional costs for the company.
* Participate in technical meetings and commercial alignment sessions when required.
* Perform project reviews and modifications during construction execution, ensuring technical compliance.
* Use technical checklists to validate received information and correctly prepare proposals.
* Support technical monitoring of construction sites and installations, contributing solutions and adjustments when necessary.
Maintain organized documentation of projects, proposals, drawings, and technical revisions.

**Requirements**
**Education**
* Currently pursuing or completed Bachelor’s degree in:
* Civil Engineering
* Mechanical Engineering
* Electrical Engineering
* Energy Engineering
* Architecture
* Technical course in Building Construction, Refrigeration, or related fields
**Technical Knowledge**
* Experience in preparing technical budgets.
* Ability to read and interpret hydraulic and electrical drawings.
* Knowledge of heating and refrigeration systems.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D, BIN.
* Intermediate or advanced knowledge of Excel.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and Adobe tools.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
Driver’s License: Class B
