Desired Profile: * Fluent English * Completed university degree; * Full negotiation capability with foreign suppliers; * Understanding of international market systems and standards; * Strong ability to interpret the company’s and general market’s economic and seasonal trends to enhance procurement decision-making accuracy; * Strategic thinking; * Ability to organize and structure the international procurement function; * Prior overseas living experience is a plus; Main Responsibilities: * Ensure internal procurement needs for direct materials are met, based on understanding internal demand, always pursuing optimal cost-benefit ratio (price; delivery time; product and service quality); * Develop and propose procurement guidelines for internal discussion covering the budget period; * Prepare procurement budgets for annual budget construction; * Lead negotiations across categories in which the company operates; * Identify opportunities with suppliers and internal customers through process improvements, specification enhancements, and new technologies; * Prospect the supplier market, staying updated on trends to increase the company’s competitiveness by offering higher-quality options at more attractive prices.
