Job Summary: A Security Guard is responsible for controlling access of people and vehicles, preventing incidents, ensuring security, and responding effectively to emergencies with professionalism and integrity. Promote a safety culture with integrity The **Security Guard** is responsible for controlling access of people and vehicles on the premises, preventing incidents, identifying risks, and implementing preventive measures to ensure security. Their challenge is to guarantee a safe environment, respond effectively to emergencies, and promote a safety culture with professionalism and integrity. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct patrols within company premises, surrounding areas, and adjacent access routes, identifying any suspicious activity and taking appropriate action in accordance with company policies; * Inspect the facility to prevent fires, thefts, and control the flow of people and vehicles entering and exiting; * Safeguard the lives and property of individuals and the institution; * Perform duties with courtesy, honesty, and diligence, respecting fundamental individual and collective rights and guarantees while carrying out assigned functions; * Report any incidents occurring during service, as well as any irregularities related to equipment used, to the immediate supervisor; * Provide first aid and escort services for people, valuables, and assets; * Demonstrate ability to work collaboratively in a team; * Possess strong communication skills; * Exhibit decision-making ability and initiative; * Maintain a strong sense of honesty and responsibility. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Certified Security Guard training with up-to-date refresher courses; * Experience in private security. * Preferred: Driver's License Category A. **Additional Information** **Work Schedule:** * Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday, from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
