Responsibilities: • Coordinate, plan and monitor activities related to the development and maintenance of systems under your responsibility, ensuring compliance with quality, security and availability standards. • Lead multidisciplinary teams, including hiring, motivation, performance evaluation, feedback provision and guidance in conflict resolution, ensuring goal achievement and target accomplishment. • Act as an interface between the IT department and other company areas, promoting alignment between business demands and technological solutions, with product vision and results focus. • Manage technology vendors and partners, monitoring outsourced projects, controlling scope, deadlines and delivery quality. • Apply project management methodologies, both agile and traditional, according to context, promoting good practices in governance, documentation and performance indicator tracking. • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, proposing technical solutions that contribute to operational efficiency, innovation and digital transformation, including initiatives involving RPA, APIs and artificial intelligence. • Produce management reports and executive presentations, communicating results, project status and relevant data to leadership and other involved departments. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related fields is required. • Practical knowledge of software development methodologies, both agile and waterfall, is mandatory. • Postgraduate degree or MBA in Project Management, Software Engineering or related areas will be considered a plus. • Certifications in project management (such as PMP, PMI\-ACP or equivalents) and governance frameworks (such as ITIL or COBIT) will also be valued. • Advanced or fluent English is mandatory, with reading, writing and verbal communication ability. The language will be used in interactions with headquarters and international suppliers, requiring proficiency in technical and corporate usage.
