RESPONSIBILITIES * Coordinate IT teams and processes (Infrastructure and Systems); * Coordinate and manage IT service requests/maintenance and organize departmental demands; * Manage service providers; * And other routines related to the areas. REQUIREMENTS: * Experience in managing IT teams; * Experience with information systems, cybersecurity, and equipment maintenance; * Technical IT knowledge with a degree in the field; * Knowledge of building infrastructure will be a plus; * Availability to work on Saturdays on call; * Bachelor's degree in IT Management, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields.
