Here’s what this opportunity entails on a day-to-day basis: The Planning Analyst’s mission is to manage key procurement area indicators in the short and medium term, aligning with the proposed collection planning. They must provide decision-support materials through report generation, preparation, and analysis. We seek professionals who enjoy working in multidisciplinary teams, possess an analytical mindset, and demonstrate curiosity. This role is responsible for planning control and analysis activities within Renner S.A.’s Brand Division team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the planning leadership in gathering and analyzing information to formulate optimal purchasing strategies and category composition for stores; * Manage procurement and inventory; * Analyze sales performance by product category and store; * Monitor business results and take corrective action against deviations from planned targets using quantitative and qualitative analyses; * Propose solutions jointly with the product, styling, and commercial teams to ensure business outcomes; * Generate system reports for daily analysis, revenue performance tracking, and results meetings. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields; * Intermediate Excel proficiency; * Power BI knowledge is desirable; * Analytical profile; * Flexibility and negotiation skills with peer departments. **Additional Information** **Work Location: Porto Alegre \- RS** **Work Model: Hybrid (4 days per week in the office)** Learn about our benefits! \*Eligibility depends on your position.
