**RESPONSIBILITIES:** Interpret technical drawings and project specifications. Use nesting software (TruTops Boost) to optimize part placement on material sheets, minimizing waste. Program and configure CNC laser cutting machines for precise and efficient cutting. Conduct tests and adjustments to ensure final product quality. Collaborate with engineering and operator teams to optimize production processes. Maintain accurate production records and report any issues or deviations. Strictly comply with safety standards during all operations. **REQUIREMENTS:** Strong communication and teamwork skills. Experience as a CNC Laser Cutting Machine Programmer, with a focus on nesting. Advanced knowledge of nesting software. Familiarity with safety measures related to CNC machines.
