Sell optical products (eyeglasses, contact lenses, and sunglasses); Serve customers according to the company's established standards, following the steps outlined in the Sales Protocol; Monitor daily individual sales to ensure achievement of the monthly target; Track sales of complete eyewear (O.C.), ensuring completion of reports and attainment of biweekly and monthly targets through KPIs (Infoboard); Register customers in the system; Perform necessary measurements to ensure technically accurate optical sales; Process exchanges and returns (for both customers and the system); Monitor service orders with the laboratory to guarantee delivery within the timeframe communicated to the customer; Inspect service orders delivered by the laboratory against the original orders (quality and condition verification) and deliver them during the “magic moment”; Generate and receive cash deposits; Minimum Education: High School Diploma * Transportation Allowance (VT) * Life Insurance * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Product Discounts
