Answer phone calls and messages on the official WhatsApp, providing appropriate routing. Administrative routine. Open the office and perform initial setup of meeting rooms at the start of the workday. Manage entries/exits, receipt and dispatch of correspondence and documents. Assist with inventory control and maintenance of office supplies. Scheduling and meetings. Support the external scheduling of the Executive Board (appointments, travel arrangements, pre-meeting alignments). Prepare meeting rooms, ensuring punctuality, organization, and support during meetings. Assist in recording messages and forwarding agendas.
