Responsibilities and duties: * Responsible for performing facility maintenance throughout the São Lucas Hospital, Clinical Center, and adjacent areas, thereby ensuring—whenever possible—the highest level of comfort for patients and their families, and guaranteeing their safety during their necessary stay at HSL. Key activities: * Unclogging toilets using a manual plunger, restoring bathroom usability. * Repairing vinyl flooring using a welding machine, where a bead seals the seams between panels, thus restoring the floor and preventing water infiltration. * Cleaning light fixtures by removing the glass cover and wiping both interior and exterior surfaces with dry and damp cloths, ensuring optimal bed lighting conditions. Monitoring beds through daily checklists recorded in spreadsheets and resolving any malfunctions, thereby maintaining beds in perfect condition for patient admission. Adjusting air conditioning units—entering patient rooms only upon authorization from the patient or family member—verifying proper operation of the air conditioning system, adjusting controls as needed, and cleaning filters to maximize patient comfort. Replacing fixtures—monitoring each bed at HLS and replacing faucets, showerheads, and hoses as required—to prevent water waste within the institution. 2512050202181904666
