We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join the R Center Casa & Construção team and contribute to the high-quality service and excellence standards that define the R Center Group’s legacy. Responsibilities and Duties * Support administrative routines within the department; * Organize, control, and archive documents; * Support benefits administration (e.g., transportation vouchers, time tracking, etc.); * Monitor electronic timekeeping systems and work schedules; * Assist with payroll verification and signature collection; * Support onboarding processes (documentation, registrations, and employee integration); * Support the recruitment and selection team (basic candidate screening and candidate outreach); * Assist with internal endomarketing initiatives and internal communications; * Update supporting spreadsheets and management reports; * Provide assistance and support to employees as needed.
