Cutting\-edge technology for physicians, clinics, and hospitals across Brazil. Salary range: R$ 2\.500,00 to R$ 3\.500,00 \+ attractive sales commissions. Your responsibilities: \- Direct customer service (physicians, clinics, hospitals, and research centers) via e\-mail and WhatsApp; \- Support and service to commercial representatives nationwide (order processing, technical inquiries, proposal follow\-up, scheduling demonstrations); \- Internal tasks: customer registration, preparation of commercial proposals, order tracking, freight quotation, and basic after\-sales support; \- Assistance in prospecting and qualifying B2B leads for physical and cardiovascular assessment equipment; Mandatory requirements \- Experience in sales or commercial customer service (inbound or outbound). \- Strong verbal and written communication skills; \- Proactivity, organization, and results orientation; \- Availability for on\-site work in Porto Alegre/RS; \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
