Serve as the central point of contact for internal departments, conducting comprehensive briefings, organizing requests, and ensuring alignment across teams. Manage daily relationships with agencies and suppliers (creative, media, production, digital), monitoring deadlines, scopes, adjustments, and delivery quality. Oversee the project pipeline and maintain up-to-date management documents (status reports, workflows, calendars, deadlines, records, and approvals). Ensure correct application of the Ocergs System’s visual identity and communication standards across all materials and assets. Support coordination in developing campaigns, media plans, institutional initiatives, and event activations. Assist in measuring campaign and initiative results, preparing simple and objective analyses to guide decision-making. Monitor the production of institutional materials, promotional items, content, and various assets, ensuring quality, cost-efficiency, and timeliness. Support the team on major strategic projects and events, collaborating closely with communications, marketing, business, and partner departments. **Advantages:** Ability to structure plans, organize schedules, define priorities, and integrate campaigns, events, and institutional initiatives cohesively.
