Job Summary: Lead e-commerce operations for a pharmacy chain, developing strategies to increase online sales and optimize processes. Key Highlights: 1. Pharmacy seeks an E\-Commerce Supervisor in Porto Alegre (São Geraldo). **Responsibilities:** Lead the network's e\-commerce operations, including proprietary platforms, marketplaces, and other digital channels. Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales, conversion rates, digital campaign management, digital customer journey, product mix, pricing, and promotional campaigns, integrating efforts with the commercial team and partner industry. Monitor performance metrics such as revenue, average order value, conversion rate, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and lifetime value (LTV); structure and optimize logistics processes for delivery and pickup; lead digital innovation projects; and support affiliated pharmacies in their digital transformation. Previous roles such as Online Sales Coordinator, E-Commerce Manager, E\-Commerce Operations Leader, or Digital Marketing Supervisor may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position.
