Job Summary: Work as a Sustainability Analyst, performing internal audits, quality management, and supporting environmental department activities. Key Highlights: 1. Conducting internal audits and applying ISO and SSMAQ standards 2. Quality management and development of the PGR (Risk Management Plan) 3. Onboarding new employees and supporting the department **Position: Sustainability Analyst** **Location:** Portão/RS (on-site) **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM (with a 1-hour break) **Job Responsibilities:** * Conducting internal audits * Applying ISO, SSMAQ standards and quality management practices * Onboarding new employees * Developing and maintaining the PGR (Risk Management Plan) * Supporting other departmental activities **Requirements:** * Degree in Environmental Science or related field * Knowledge of quality management * Driver's license category B * Residence in Portão, São Leopoldo, Novo Hamburgo, or the Vale dos Sinos region **Benefits:** * Medical and dental insurance * Attendance bonus * On-site cafeteria * Chartered transportation (for São Leopoldo and Novo Hamburgo, according to route) Employment type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$3.441,00 per month Workplace: On-site
