Announcement Date: Dec 8, 2025 Location: Porto Alegre, RS, BR Knowledge Area: Production and Operations Job Type: Permanent Work Modality: On-site Job Requisition ID: 23750 **Mixing Operator I** ====================== At Yara, we are part of a global network, collaborating to solve some of the world’s most critical challenges—resource scarcity, food insecurity, and environmental change—in a profitable and responsible manner. **Position Description | Responsibilities** --------------------------------------------- * Load trucks for shipment following the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), strictly adhering to step-by-step instructions and ensuring product quality; * Load raw materials stored in the designated box area according to established procedures; * Operate bulk bag packaging equipment and overhead cranes for loading bulk bags, complying with technical standards and training requirements; * Perform periodic cleaning of equipment (which may include confined spaces or non-confined spaces) and surrounding areas, including warehouses and mixing unit platforms, ensuring adherence to 5S principles; * Participate in reprocessing of finished raw materials by cutting open bags and bulk bags and rebuilding pallets to enable reuse of raw materials; * Maintain proper storage and organization of tools and equipment, while ensuring compliance with 5S standards across all areas; * Report area deviations to the immediate supervisor and strictly follow all safety, environmental, and quality procedures; * Label fertilizer packaging; * Ensure optimal operation of all production unit equipment, requesting maintenance services when necessary. **Area Overview** ------------------------ Yara cultivates knowledge to feed the world and protect the planet responsibly, fulfilling our vision of a collaborative society, a world without hunger, and a respected planet.
