





**Activities:** * Execute the communication strategy of the Presidency, aligned with the institutional positioning of Simers; * Accompany the president and vice-president at schedules, events, and interviews, ensuring content coverage and image guidance; * Create, review, and publish texts, images, and videos using language appropriate to the target audience and aligned with the institutional identity; * Produce video, photo, text, and card content for dissemination on social media; * Plan and execute content promotion strategies on social networks; * Support real-time coverage of events, union actions, and mobilizations; * Ensure coherence and consistency in the verbal and non-verbal communication of the president and vice-president in internal and external contexts; * Work integrally with the Communication, Marketing, and Government Relations departments; * Perform other related activities. **Requirements:** * Availability to work 100% in-person; * Flexible availability of schedule; * Willingness to travel; * Bachelor's degree in Social Communication, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing, or related fields; * Proficiency in scheduling and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, mLabs, etc.); * Knowledge of engagement strategies, copywriting, and SEO for social media; * Basic knowledge of design and image/video editing (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere, or equivalents). **Benefits:** * Meal allowance of R$950.00; * Extra credit on Greencard on the birthday; * Life insurance; * Unimed Health Plan: \- Unipart \- no monthly cost for the employee. \- Unimax – employee pays 35% of the monthly fee. \- In both plans, co-payment applies only to consultations. \- Hospitalization and exams have no co-payment; * SOS Unimed \- medical emergencies and urgent care; * Uniodonto Dental Plan; * Communal space for meals and rest; * Free access to GZH and Clube do Assinante; * Transportation allowance.
