System maintenance and improvement **TECH LEAD DEVELOPMENT INTERNSHIP** **Job Description:** Responsibilities: Program following industry-standard best practices, applying clean and well-organized coding techniques. Write and test code for assigned projects and tasks. Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams to understand system, application, and website requirements, and recommend appropriate solutions. Adhere to business rules, security policies, database standards, and integration with web services. Perform maintenance on existing systems. Propose and implement improvements to those systems. **Requirements:** Requirements: Proficiency in programming languages: PHP, Python, and .Net. Familiarity with Laravel, Drupal, and WordPress.
