




### **Join South System and take off!** We are looking for a Senior Product Owner to board our spacecraft and, together, drive people and businesses forward through innovation. **Location: Hybrid – Belo Horizonte, MG** **Responsibilities:** * Define the vision, strategy, and product roadmap for payment solutions (cards, Pix, acquiring, digital wallets, benefits, etc.). * Act as product owner, ensuring end-to-end ownership—from conception through execution and value delivery. * Work “hands-on” with technology, design, marketing, and operations teams—removing obstacles and accelerating delivery. * Lead market analysis, benchmarking, and business case development for new opportunities. * Translate customer and stakeholder needs into clear requirements (*user stories*, epics, acceptance criteria). * Monitor performance metrics (KPIs for engagement, revenue, risk, usage) and proactively optimize outcomes. **Mandatory Requirements:** * **SQL** – ability to run database queries. * **Excel** – data manipulation and dashboard creation. * Prior experience as Product Manager or Product Owner in fintechs, banks, acquirers, or payment companies. * Solid knowledge of credit and debit products, acquiring, Pix, digital wallets, APIs, and the payments ecosystem. * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and backlog management tools (Jira, Trello, etc.). * Ability to analyze data and build business cases (Excel/Sheets, basic SQL is a plus). * Intermediate/advanced English (Spanish is a plus). **Benefits that make the difference:** * Courses and certifications on **Udemy**, curated and guided by the Business Partner team, based on team recommendations. * **Remote work allowance** to make your daily routine more comfortable. * **Financial education** to support your economic well-being. * **Flash Card.** Interested in this opportunity?
