




Job Summary: A professional to transform people data into strategic insights that support management decisions and drive HR outcomes. Key Highlights: 1. Extract, process, and analyze employee lifecycle data. 2. Develop HR dashboards and reports using BI tools. 3. Serve as analytical support for various HR areas. **Job Mission** Transform people data into strategic insights to support management decisions, improve HR process efficiency, and enhance employee performance, engagement, and retention. **Key Responsibilities** * Extract, process, organize, and analyze data related to the employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, performance, internal mobility, turnover, climate, training, etc.). * Develop HR dashboards, reports, and metrics using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar. * Conduct statistical analyses to identify patterns, trends, and improvement opportunities in people processes. * Serve as analytical support for Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, Payroll, Business Partners, and Leadership teams. * Automate routine tasks and establish data quality processes within the people database (HRIS/ERP). * Perform predictive analytics, including turnover analysis, time-to-hire, performance assessment, and attrition risk modeling. * Support the creation and review of people KPIs and ensure data governance, security, and integrity. * Develop executive-level materials to present insights to leadership and the executive board. * Participate in strategic HR initiatives, such as employee journey mapping, organizational diagnostics, and implementation of new systems. **Mandatory Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Information Systems, Organizational Psychology, or related fields. * Prior experience in HR-focused data analysis. * Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. * Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI is most in-demand in the market). * Foundational to intermediate knowledge of statistics. * Experience with databases and HR Analytics. **Technical Competencies** * Basic to intermediate SQL (strongly preferred). * Programming logic (Python/R is a plus). * Dashboard development and data storytelling. * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Kanban/Scrum). * People metrics and modeling (turnover, headcount, absenteeism, time-to-hire, NPS, etc.). * Data cleaning and data governance.
