




Job Summary: Assist in production planning, scheduling, and monitoring, as well as provide commercial and customer service support. Key Highlights: 1. Interaction with various departments across the company **Responsibilities:** Assist in production planning and scheduling according to order demand and production capacity. Monitor production orders, deadlines, and delivery status. Update spreadsheets and systems with production-related information, volumes, deadlines, and priorities. Support material control by verifying stock and warehouse requirements. Identify and report potential production delays or deviations. Assist in issuing and organizing production orders. Support preparation of production reports, KPIs, and controls. Interface with production, logistics, quality, and engineering departments as needed. Provide customer service (via phone, e\-mail, or system), delivering information on orders, deadlines, and status. Register sales orders in the system. Update customer and order data. Support the commercial team in tracking the order portfolio. Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and commercial reports. Support simple negotiations, per leadership guidance. Monitor billing and delivery deadlines. **Desired Qualifications:** Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate studies in Administration, Logistics, Production, or related fields are preferred). Basic knowledge of Excel/spreadsheets.
