Job Summary: We are seeking a Data Analyst to collect, organize, and analyze data; develop reports and dashboards; and collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate analyses. Key Highlights: 1. Join our team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Collect, organize, and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and relevant insights; * Develop high-quality reports and control dashboards to support decision-making; * Collaborate with internal teams to understand data needs and ensure timely and accurate delivery of analyses; * Apply Excel expertise to manipulate and analyze large datasets; * Work with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Looker to create engaging and informative visualizations; * Write SQL queries to extract information from databases and build custom datasets. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Engineering, or related field; * Advanced Excel knowledge is mandatory; * Proven experience with data visualization tools, preferably Power BI and Looker; * Strong ability to write SQL queries for data analysis; * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; * Ability to communicate results clearly and effectively to diverse audiences and departments; * Proactive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of Python; * Familiarity with Big Data tools and statistical knowledge is an advantage. **Additional Information** **The application deadline for internal candidates is April 16, 2026\.** RBS is made up of people.
