Job Summary: Responsible for receiving, inspecting, storing, and organizing supplies and materials, managing inventory, and ensuring operational teams are adequately supplied. Key Highlights: 1. Full management of goods receipt and storage 2. Strict inventory control, including stocktaking and expiry date management 3. Maintenance of warehouse organization and hygiene Receive, sort, and store supplies and materials delivered by suppliers; verify invoices against purchase orders; check quantities, quality, and specifications. Manage inventory. Ensure routine tasks are performed correctly. Distribute or supply materials, equipment, and supplies to operational teams. Receive goods from suppliers Verify invoices, quantities, and product expiry dates Store food items according to hygiene and preservation standards Organize dry, refrigerated, and frozen storage areas Control product inflow and outflow Sort goods for kitchen and production use Conduct inventory audits and stock counts Monitor food expiry dates and apply FIFO (First-In, First-Out) control Request item replenishment when necessary Maintain a clean and organized warehouse Assist in loss, waste, and damage prevention Manage cleaning supplies, disposables, and utensils Requirements: Relevant work experience.
