Description

The professional will be responsible for assisting with meal preparation, kitchen organization and sanitation, ensuring food quality, food safety, and the smooth operation of the residential facility's daily meal routine. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist with meal preparation, including breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner, and residents' special diets; * Perform food pre-preparation tasks, such as cleaning, cutting, and sorting fruits, vegetables, legumes, and other ingredients; * Assist with meal and resident tray assembly and organization; * Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized kitchen throughout the work routine; * Wash dishes, utensils, pots, equipment, and other kitchen materials; * Sanitize countertops, stoves, refrigerators, freezers, microwaves, and other kitchen equipment; * Assist with monitoring and organizing stored food items, checking product expiration dates and storage conditions; * Restock kitchen supplies and materials as needed; * Assist with warehouse organization and proper food storage; * Follow institutional hygiene, food handling, and food safety standards; * Support cleaning and organization of the dining hall and other areas related to food service; * Report any irregularities, supply shortages, or equipment maintenance needs to management. **Expected Profile:** A responsible, organized, agile, and committed professional with attention to hygiene, quality Compensation: starting from R$1.800,00 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Education allowance * Free parking * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Workplace: On-site
