





**RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Perform cleaning and maintenance of tools, machines, devices, equipment, and the workplace. \- Transfer paint from drums to preparation tanks using pneumatic transfer pumps (device-type) to feed “totes” and other packaging, as well as the piping in paint booths. \- Inspect paint viscosity using a viscometer. \- Prepare paints for consumption. \- Prepare surfaces to be painted. \- Conduct quality inspections during the painting process. \- Perform touch-up painting on parts or assemblies. \- Monitor inventory levels of paint, catalysts, phosphatizing solvents, and other materials consumed in the painting department, generating consumption reports and flagging critical stock levels. \- Monitor operations of the PROMIX equipment and conventional component mixers, including their calibrations, to ensure proper functioning of the painting system. \- Support operation of the painting system. \- Perform productive maintenance on the pre-treatment system of the painting line. \- Carry out technical controls and laboratory analyses of pre-treatment solutions. \- Guide and assist in training new painting personnel. \- Develop improvements in the production system. \- Participate in teams and meetings aimed at improving work processes within departments. **REQUIREMENTS:** Completed high school education; experience in industrial automotive painting; knowledge of painting systems (water-based), chemical products, and environmental regulations.
