The professional will be responsible for interfacing with suppliers and internal stakeholders, ensuring deliveries aligned with business needs and continuous system evolution. **Desirable:** Experience in systems analysis and large-scale projects. Proficiency in gathering and documenting functional and technical requirements. Experience in process modeling, use cases, and flowcharts (UML, BPMN). Knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL). Experience in system integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, messaging, ESB). Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and backlog management. Critical analysis skills, negotiation ability, and supplier relationship management. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with various business areas. **Responsibilities:** Lead requirements modeling, use case modeling, flowchart development, and functional documentation, defining technical standards. Engage with strategic suppliers, negotiate solutions, and ensure delivery quality. Define, validate, and approve implementations, ensuring compliance with business rules and strategic objectives. Evaluate new tools, integrations, and technologies, recommending improvements and innovations. Manage the organization’s critical systems with autonomy and strategic responsibility. Monitor and manage timelines, requests, and priorities from suppliers and internal teams. Generate and analyze departmental performance indicators, providing data for management decisions.
