





**Bakery Assistant (Artisan Breads / Natural Fermentation)** We are seeking a **Bakery Assistant** to join our production team specializing in **natural-fermentation artisan breads**, free of preservatives and crafted using traditional techniques. We are looking for a dedicated, responsible individual eager to learn the artisanal production method. **Responsibilities** * Assist the baker in the **daily production of artisan breads** and specialty doughs. * Help with **weighing, sorting, and preparing ingredients**. * Assist in **shaping, folding, rounding, and pre\-shaping** doughs. * Support the **baking process**, including steam application, scoring, and tray organization. * Maintain **hygiene and organization** of the production area, tools, and equipment. * Adhere to **Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)** and company quality standards. * Monitor basic inventory control (flours, ingredients, and simple equipment). **Requirements** * Prior experience in bakeries, pastry shops, or industrial kitchens is desirable but not mandatory. * Eagerness to learn artisanal baking and natural fermentation techniques. * Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions. * Agility, responsibility, and attention to detail. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with naturally fermented breads. * Basic knowledge of food handling. **We Offer** * An organized and productive work environment. * Training in artisanal techniques and traditional processes. * Opportunities for career growth within the baking industry. **Working Hours:** **Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM**, with a **one-hour meal and rest break**.
