* Manage and record accounts payable and receivable in the system; * Issue invoices, bills and track customer and supplier due dates; * Perform daily bank reconciliations and verify bank statements; * Monitor cash flow by accurately recording income and expenses; * Assist in collecting overdue payments from customers with clear and respectful communication; * Verify payments made against supporting documents and accounting entries; * Support preparation of financial reports and monthly closing; * Organize financial documents and maintain updated records (physical or digital); * Assist with administrative tasks within the department when necessary; * Communicate with banks, card processors and suppliers regarding financial matters; * Follow internal procedures and cooperate with audits and management reviews.
