**Logistics Supervisor** **Location:** Limeira\-SP **Job Type:** CLT **Schedule:** Monday to Friday **Salary:** Negotiable **About the Position** We are seeking a hands\-on, organized **Logistics Supervisor** with strong leadership skills. This individual will be responsible for **coordinating logistics operations** and **ensuring efficient shipment and transportation flow**, guaranteeing delivery quality and timeliness. **Responsibilities** * Plan, optimize, and monitor **delivery routes**; * Set **order picking and shipping priorities** based on deadlines and commercial demands; * Supervise **shipping, picking, and transportation teams**, ensuring productivity and alignment with goals; * Ensure proper **storage, handling, and verification** of materials and products; * Monitor **logistics KPIs** (OTIF, service level, transportation costs, productivity, etc.); * Control **goods in and out**, optimizing resource utilization; * Implement and maintain **warehouse safety and organization best practices (5S)**; * Support management of **carriers, freight, and third parties**; * Propose continuous improvements in logistics processes. **Requirements** * Degree in **Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering**, or related fields; * Prior experience in **supervising logistics teams**; * Knowledge of **route planning, shipping, and inventory control**; * Familiarity with **management systems (ERP/WMS)**; * Strong communication, sense of urgency, and decision\-making ability. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in **urban distribution and e\-commerce**; * Knowledge of **route optimization and fleet management tools**; * Proficiency in **Excel/Power BI** for KPI tracking; * Skills in **carrier negotiation**. **What We Offer** * Dynamic and collaborative work environment; * Opportunities for professional growth and development; **Benefits** * Salary advance * Pharmacy partnership * Transportation allowance * Cafeteria Work Location Limeira \- São Paulo, Brazil Job type: Full\-time, Permanent CLT Pay: R$6\.000,00 \- R$10\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation\-allowance Experience: * Production (Preferred)
