Job Summary: Responsible for conducting technical inspections to document the condition of leased properties, ensuring complete and accurate records with attention to detail and efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Conduct technical inspections and photographic documentation of properties 2. Ensure clear, complete, and organized records 3. Communicate with clients and the leasing team Responsible for conducting technical inspections of properties at lease commencement (start of contract) and lease termination (end of lease), documenting the actual condition of the property through detailed photographs. Work must be performed attentively, efficiently, and in an organized manner, ensuring complete and accurate records. Must pay close attention to detail and possess strong visual perception to capture clear and informative images; Must be proficient in using smartphones or cameras and related documentation applications; Must be organized, punctual, and committed to meeting deadlines; Must have good communication skills for potential interactions with clients; Must be available and mobile for external inspections and frequent travel. * Conduct property inspections at lease commencement or termination; * + Take detailed photographs of all rooms, furniture (if present), equipment, and the property’s general condition; + Ensure photographs are clear, complete, and comply with the real estate agency’s standards; + Properly name and organize files according to instructions from the contracts department; + Adhere to the inspection schedule and maintain alignment with the leasing and contracts teams; + Report any irregularities observed during inspections.
