Key responsibilities for this role: * Manage the contract by delivering unit services, ensuring excellence in customer service and achievement of company-defined targets; * Supervise menu execution and cost management, promoting innovations to ensure customer satisfaction and contract profitability; * Guarantee work quality and safety, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and company policies; * Manage people—including recruitment, benefits administration, timekeeping, and training—fostering an inclusive and sustainable work environment; * Conduct DRO opening and closing procedures, reporting to Finance and Operational Supervision; Requirements to apply: * Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, with active CRN registration; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer skills; * Experience in industrial kitchen operations and contract management; * Leadership skills, experience with management systems, customer focus, attention to detail, and dynamism; * Residency in Cordeirópolis or surrounding areas.
