This professional works on developing commercial proposals, preparing contracts, directly contacting clients, and analyzing the market, contributing to the clinic's growth and organization. **Responsibilities and Activities:** 1\. **Commercial Management:** Develop detailed and customized commercial proposals, always aiming for the best negotiation for the company; prepare and review service contracts; maintain direct contact with clients to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions. 2\. **Financial Management:** Be responsible for receiving payments for services rendered, ensuring all transactions are carried out accurately and efficiently; maintain control over the financial flow related to sales and negotiations. 3\. **Surgery Coordination:** Schedule surgeries, coordinating staff availability and the necessary logistics for smooth procedures; ensure all logistical details are organized efficiently and effectively. 4\. **Customer Support:** Provide continuous support to customers, proactively answering questions and solving problems; maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through personalized and efficient service. 5\. **Reporting and Documentation:** Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all commercial transactions and client contacts; prepare and present periodic reports on commercial and financial activities.
