




Description: About the position: * Work as a Sales Administrative Assistant, providing support to sales teams to ensure smooth sales processes. * Responsible for customer service, order tracking, issuing documents, and organizing sales-related information. * Act as an interface between sales, finance, and logistics departments to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery. Main responsibilities: * Register and track sales orders, ensuring accurate entry into the system. * Issue invoices, quotations, and other commercial documents. * Provide telephone and email customer service, clarifying inquiries and supplying product and delivery timeline information. * Monitor delivery flow and track order status with the logistics department. * Organize sales-related files and documents. * Assist in preparing sales reports and performance indicators. Mandatory requirements: * Completed high school education. * Prior administrative experience, preferably in sales. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. Desirable requirements (advantage): * Experience with ERP systems. * Basic knowledge of tax procedures and electronic invoice issuance. * Technical or undergraduate degree in Administration, International Trade, or related fields. * Basic English for serving international customers.
