Job Description
Serve as the leader of the Operations Planning team, overseeing two strategic areas: **Procurement Planning** and **Solution Planning**. This position aims to ensure the operational planning capability of the department, promoting synergy in solution management, efficient resource allocation, and technical support to operations—aligned with Strategic Planning governance.
Responsibilities and Duties
**Operational Planning:*** Ensure continuous improvement of operations, with managerial autonomy and alignment to company strategy
* Conduct operational gap analyses, developing performance reports, benchmarks, and action plans
* Act as the interface between the operations department and other departments, ensuring integration and alignment
Evaluate performance of key processes using KPIs and operational indicators

**Procurement Planning:*** Manage execution of procurement activities, ensuring efficiency and quality
* Lead and monitor RFP processes, ensuring appropriate resource allocation
* Monitor and ensure visibility into supplier SLAs and performance indicators
Identify supplier gaps and collaborate with operations to improve performance
*
**Solution Planning:*** Lead development of operational solutions and short-term improvement initiatives
* Define solution assumptions and ensure alignment with internal stakeholders
* Support the new business unit in building solutions aligned with the operational scope
Requirements and Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields
* Experience in logistics operations, supply chain, procurement, or strategic planning
* Knowledge of end-to-end logistics processes (Inbound, Outbound, Yard, Warehouse, FVL, Freight Forwarding)
* Experience in process design and improvement (As-Is / To-Be)
* Analytical capability to assess lead time, bottlenecks, and cost structure
* Experience defining and managing KPIs and operational indicators
* Knowledge of procurement strategies, sourcing, and conducting RFI/RFP
* Familiarity with financial feasibility analysis (P\&L, CAPEX, OPEX, ROI, NPV)
* Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
* Analytical profile, results-oriented, with strong problem-solving ability
* Negotiation skills, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution ability
Desirable Qualifications
* Prior experience in leadership or team management roles
* Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, PMO, Agile, Scrum)
* Experience in supplier management, outsourcing, and third-party performance
* Knowledge of contract structuring and management (SLA, clauses, risks, penalties)
* Experience in contractual audits
* Market analysis capability and business model development
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proactive profile, with autonomy and decision-making ability
* Knowledge of business-oriented financial analysis
