Responsibilities: * Candidate recruitment and selection * Onboarding of new employees * Administration of benefits and payroll in coordination with the Accounting Office * Preparation of HR reports and analysis of HR metrics * Implementation of talent development programs Requirements: * Proven experience in an HR department * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work collaboratively and handle diverse challenges
