Job Summary: P&J Atacadista is seeking a communicative, dynamic, and results-oriented Internal Sales Representative to provide active customer service, prospect new clients, and build client relationships. Prepare quotations and follow up on negotiations **Position: Internal Sales Representative – Limeira/SP** **Location:** Limeira/SP **Employment Type:** CLT P\&J Atacadista is looking for an **Internal Sales Representative** with a communicative, dynamic, and results-oriented profile to actively serve and prospect clients. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct **active and receptive telephone customer service**, handling a high daily volume of calls * Perform **prospecting of new customers** and reactivation of the client portfolio * Develop and maintain **customer relationships** * Prepare **quotations** based on technical and commercial information * Provide customer support regarding **prices, delivery times, freight charges, and commercial terms** * Follow up on negotiations until sale closure **Requirements:** * Prior experience in **internal sales and/or telesales** * Strong verbal communication skills and ease in interacting with people * Proactive, organized personality with goal orientation * Proficiency in computer applications (**Microsoft Office – Word and Excel**) * Experience with **administrative tasks and telephone customer service** **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience handling **high call volumes and proactive prospecting** * Experience in the wholesale or commercial sector **Benefits:** * Commission and performance bonuses * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance * Life insurance * Medical plan cost-sharing assistance **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM Compensation: R$2\.159,73 per month Work Location: On-site
