Register sample data in the system and route them to laboratories. Contribute to sector cleanliness and organization.** RESPONSIBILITIES: * Open boxes received containing samples; * Assess whether samples and accompanying information are viable for registration, following internal triage procedures as defined by the systems used. * Weigh samples and measure temperatures of samples requiring special storage conditions; * Calibrate balances and verify freezer and refrigerator temperatures; * Deliver registered samples to laboratories and route those to be processed via Intercompany or subcontracting; * Register samples following the registration procedures outlined in the Quality Management System; * Resolve pending issues with the Commercial Department and/or clients; • Contribute to sector cleanliness and organization; • Perform other related tasks as needed or at the discretion of the supervisor. SAMPLE RETURN PROCESS * Verify received samples, adhering to company-established procedures, identifying abnormalities and reporting them to the immediate supervisor; * Label samples and store them in appropriate locations; * Dispose of samples whenever necessary, complying with occupational safety, hygiene, and health regulations; * Organize samples returned by laboratories after use; * Perform other related tasks as needed or at the discretion of the supervisor. **Qualifications** **Behavioral Competencies:** Strong communication and interpersonal skills, organizational ability, discipline, proactivity, and dynamism. **Required Education:** Completed high school. **Additional Education:** Technical training in progress in Administration, Logistics, or laboratory-related fields is desirable. **Languages and Proficiency Level:** - **Prior Experience (type and duration):** No prior experience required. **Technical Knowledge:** Basic Office software proficiency. Good typing skills. Knowledge in Chemistry, Biology, and Pharmacy-related fields is desirable.
