Job Summary: An Analyst seeks a Purchaser to manage procurement, negotiate with suppliers, and optimize resources, focusing on efficiency and high-performance outcomes. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on efficiency, waste elimination, and precise results **Purchaser \- Responsibilities:** * Analyze product consumption, physical and system-based inventory, forecasting future demand based on sales projections. * Conduct strategic negotiations to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency. * Manage purchase orders in the system, ensuring manager approval and compliance with company guidelines. * Prepare budgets, develop new suppliers, and establish strategic partnerships to ensure continuous and advantageous supply. * Monitor and control material and input inventory, ensuring adequate supply and preventing stockouts. * Execute indirect purchases, including packaging, tires, vehicle insurance, and freight quotations. * Create and enhance departmental procedures, developing tools for expense tracking and resource optimization. * Focus on efficiency, eliminate waste, and ensure precise, high-performance results. **Requirements and Desired Competencies:** * Experience in procurement. * Excellent negotiation and communication skills. * Resilience and ability to adapt to change and unforeseen circumstances. * Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability. * Organization, attention to detail, and results orientation. * Creativity, proactivity, and a mindset of continuous growth. * Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with suppliers.
